Куриная грудка — 500 г
Цедра лимона — 2 ст. л
Лимонный сок — 2 ст. л
Чеснок — 10 г
Оливковое масло- 2 ст. л.
Соль, перец — по вкусу


Разрезаем куриную грудку на 4 части, слегка отбиваем, солим и перчим.

Для маринада: смешиваем цедру лимона с соком лимона, добавляем 2 зубчика чеснока, пропущенных через пресс и 2 ст. л. оливкового масла.
