Необыкновенно нежный МОЛОЧНЫЙ пирог мгновенного приготовления!

Отличное угощение к чаю!


  • мука — 120 г
  • яйца — 4 шт.
  • сливочное масло — для смазывания формы.
  • сахар — 120 г

Для сиропа:

  • сгущенное молоко — 150 мл
  • топленое молоко — 150 мл
  • сливки 20% — 150 мл

Для глазури: 

  • сахарная пудра — 150 г
  • яичный белок — с 1 яйца.
  • коньяк (или ликер) — 1 ст. л.


Готовим бисквит: взбиваем желтки со 100 г сахара около 2 минут.

Затем взбиваем белки с 20 г сахара в пышную пену и аккуратно вмешиваем лопаткой в желтковую массу.

Постепенно добавляем в массу муку, не прекращая помешивать.

Смазываем форму для выпекания сливочным маслом, выливаем тесто и выпекаем при 200 С в течение 20 минут, проверяем готовность бисквита зубочисткой.
